On the nose, a burst of sweet desert and blood limes derived from gentle cold distillation provide a heady citrus aroma, followed by classic undertones of warming, herbal juniper.
The body is smooth and rich, our hot distillation of traditional gin botanicals alongside wattle seed, saltbush and samphire perfectly balances roasted spices and fruit with a good lick of salinity.
This contemporary gin lends itself to pairing with dry tonic or soda and a slice of orange. Home mixologists should look no further than a crisp ice-cold martini, stirred with Lillet Blanc or white vermouth and garnished with a delicate orange zest.

We recommend this vodka be enjoyed as simply as possible: ice cold, maybe a splash of soda. As a martini, we recommend lightly scuffed as opposed to dirty - a green Sicilian olive to garnish will amplify the coastal characteristics for a sophisticated and elegant drink.
